Here we go again….

WALK FOR WIGGLY EYES IS BACK!!!!

And we couldn't be more excited!

Starting in December, I will be riding a bicycle around the state of Tasmania, covering a distance of over 1,070km in just over two weeks. I am also planning on throwing in the odd hike for good measure, including hiking Cradle Mountain.

There are a few changes from my last adventure where I walked across the length of New Zealand. The most notable difference is that this adventure is primarily going to be a bike ride and not a hike. There are a few reasons for these changes:

  1. I wanted to achieve a sizeable milestone in the short time frame that I have available.

  2. I also wanted to prove to those with nystagmus that we can do a whole variety of things….not just walking.

  3. And third, and maybe most importantly, I have a short attention span, and I need to mix up the adventures and activities in my life.

One thing that has stayed the same is that, this is all in an effort to raise awareness for nystagmus, as well as donations, and as it so happens you can do that HERE.

We are extremely proud and excited to be raising funds for Nystagmus Network and Gift of Sight again. We love what they do, and we really enjoying working with them.

The finer details of the journey are still being plotted and planned, but stay joined as more plans come to light

And I will be keeping you updated along the way via our website, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube as I journey my way across the Australia’s picturesque Island state.

Tasmania baby, here we come!!!!
