Te Araroa DONE

My apologise for not updating my blog and vblog too much whilst I was on the walk…but you can check out the details of the walk on our Instagram and Facebook pages.

Two weeks ago I made it to the top of Cape Reinga, after walking the length of New Zealand, in an effort to raise awareness for nystagmus, as well as donations.... which you can still do here.

All in an effort to raise donations for the following 3 charities:

Nystagmus Network

Gift of Sight

Blind and Low Vision NZ

I'd just like to also send a big THANK YOU to all the sponsors and donators that helped me conquer this EPIC adventure...

Thank to:

ArmaSkin for helping keeping my feet protected, and all the shout outs! And don't forget, to get 20% off ALL ArmaSkin products, enter code wiggly20 when making your purchase here.

Radix Nutrition for feeding me awesome, delicious and nutritious food along the way: In New Zealand and Australia.

OCULA Optometrists in Christchurch, Queenstown and Wanaka for all of your support:

Evolved Health for all of your nutrition advice, training routines, and physio work and advice to help me get my body through this.....the fact I didn't pull my plantar fascia is a miracle, and it's thanks to you:

Think 24hr Fitness (best gym in Brisbane) for all of your support, health advice, training, and fundraising activities.

Kathmandu for all of gear and advice.

Kirra-Lea Jewellery for your AMAZING donations. And don't forget you can donate to the charities by purchasing a piece of specially designed jewellery for Walk for Wiggly Eyes here, with 80% of all sales being split evenly between the three charities.

Also thank you to: Cool Walls Co, Lost Pier Brewery, Southampton Football Club, Catch-a-Bus South, K2 Base Camp, Fresh Promotions, Himatangi Beach Cossie and Bare Naked Bowls Newstead.

You've all been amazing. And to THANK YOU to everyone else that has donated!!!!

And if nothing else, if me doing this walk proves to YOU that if you want to do something that you can actually DO IT, (because you truly can), well then I've done my job. Put your mind to it, and YOU can make it happen. A lot of people just talk....well turn that talk into ACTION. Push yourself, and above all, ENJOY!!!
